•You are purchasing only the digital file.
•Commissioner may not resell artwork [unless commercial use].
•Deadlines requires an extra fee.
•Commissioner may ask for WIPs.
•Commissioner/Artist can't share each other's personal information with third parties.
•Artist have a right to refuse accepting commission.
•No refunds.
•By purchasing commission you agree to those Terms of Services.
Commercial use
What is commercial use?
Commercial use is when you are planning on making any profit out of my artwork. For example: selling merch with my art on it, using it in videos that'll give you profit, etc. If you are not sure if your plans on using the artwork should be count as commercial use, ask me.
Changes in prices
If you're purchasing commercial commission the price will get x1.5.
It means that the commission for $20, the commercial use commission would cost $30 in total.
Usage policy
Artist may use artwork to:
•Post it on social media
•Use it as a promotion for the artist
Commissioner may:
•Repost the art with proper credits and in watermarked version
•Print the art
•Use it as a profile pictures or background on your social media
Payment Process
•Payment is available only through PayPal.
•I will require payment before showing the sketch.
•I will send you an invoice to avoid any problems.
•PayPal fees are fully covered by me.
•After receiving the payment I'll send you the sketch to verify it. [You may ask for small changes/corrections]
